A Mother's Love Knows No Bounds

My True Colours: A Mother's Strength Written by Hannah Francis

My True Colours: A Mother’s Strength Written by Hannah Francis

An emotionally gripping story about triumph through trials and tribulations

It’s about coping with the aftereffects of different types of abuse; both physical and mental, and how overcoming this, helped me to achieve my life goals to give my children and myself the best life.”

— Hannah Francis

CHEYENNE, WY, UNITED STATES, September 30, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Author Hannah Francis proudly announces the international release of her debut book “My True Colours: A Mother's Strength.”

Francis’ opens the book by depicting how one event can change someone’s life forever. A locked away childhood secret leads Lauren, the main character, down the wrong path and into an abusive marriage. After years of unhappiness, she finds the strength to leave and start a new life. Lauren’s selfless love for her children propels her to strive for a better future. Throughout her journey, she experiences love, heartache, friendships, and lots of laughter along the way.

This is the author’s life story. She hopes that people who are going through despondent situations can gain something from it in a positive way. “Writing the book helped me to heal. I have never spoken to anyone about some parts of the book. It was a cleansing experience for me. My wish is to help others in any way I can, this is what inspired me to write this book. If my message only reaches one person, it would have been worth it,” shares Francis.

Francis is a proud recipient of the Books of Excellent Merit Award from Pacific Book Review. Its reviewer, Lisa Brown-Gilbert says, “Conclusively, My True Colours: A Mother’s Strength turned out to be an emotionally gripping, intensely satisfying, portrayal of motherly love. Overall, I found Lauren’s story a captivating and emotional ride of trials, tribulations, and triumphs. I found her resilience and determination admirable as she took control of her life, even when it meant being a struggling single mother prone to ridicule and disrespect even from friends…I found myself booing, cheering and crying for heroic Lauren and I think readers will as well. This novel is certainly worthy of Hannah Francis’ debut work, which I do recommend.”

The book continues to garner great feedback and five-star ratings in bookselling sites. Readers and professional book reviewers alike rave about how the book is heartbreaking yet heartwarming at the same time. Megan Bain of the The US Review of Book says, “Through this novel, Francis shows to women that, no matter the circumstance, a woman can have that innate desire for motherhood fulfilled and successfully raise her children with or without a man. She gives hope to women stuck in an abusive relationship and gives understanding to those who are not, creating a bond with all her readers.”

Catch Hannah Francis’ radio interview with Kate Delaney, an Emmy-award-winning journalist, on America Tonight with Kate Delaney. It airs Monday through Friday from 9:00 pm to midnight Pacific. You can listen to the interview here.

Award-winning Songwriter Says His Protest Song Reminds Us of Threat to Take Over the U.S. "With Your Own Democracy!"

President Trump's Every Act, as "Putin's Poodle," Clearly Shows His Prepping and Weakening of the United States for Eventual Takeover by Russia

We will take over America,
but not with our
military…we will take over the United States of America with your own
democratic processes…and
we will bury you!””

— Late Russian Czar, Nikita Krushchev

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, September 30, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Los Angeles, CA – September 29, 2019 – James E. Shaw, Psychology professor who taught doctoral (Psy.D. and Ph.D.) students at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, says he well remembers watching in horror the late Russian Czar Nikita Krushchev’s televised angry threat, “We will take over America, but not with our military…with your own democratic processes. We will BURY you!”

Concerned that “President Trump definitely is a pro-Russia asset and fanatic whose treasonous acts may eventually result in Vladimir Putin taking over the United States,” Shaw, who also holds a university degree in music, wrote both music and lyrics for “Trumpty Dumpty: Faking America Great!” He registered this protest song with Broadcast Music Incorporated (BMI). The song, winner of the Finalist Award, in the "USA Songwriting Competition," is now distributed by iTunes, Pandora, AmazonMusic, GooglePlayMusic, and over 30 other music-streaming sites.

“Trumpy Dumpty: Faking America Great!” pulls no punches as Shaw’s groups, TWITTER LITTER (named for Trump’s notorious habit) and EARTH DANCE, belt out sizzling lyrics amid a hot cha-cha dance beat. The song was written to “remind my fellow Americans that, since his Presidential Campaign and victory, Donald Trump has shown what a FAKE and FRAUD he is, as Chief Executive of the U.S.” Shaw says that Trump has “merely spent his time, energy, and rapidly-diminishing brain power in making America hate again.” He adds, “Trump is the embodiment of known despots, world-wide, who repress and suppress their populations, stirring up citizens emotionally into irrational hatred for each other and, thus marinated and tenderized, are easy renderings for Russia, always lurking behind the scenes and ordering and manipulating every treasonous act by Trump, who is Putin's loyal and fanatic asset.”

Shaw says “Trumpty Dumpty: Faking America Great!” “is a protest song to remind all Americans” that the nation’s “2016 ballot count manipulation” led to Trump’s election victory as a “a single-thought anti-American despot who crossed political borders” and, sadly, forged his “alliances with easy-to-manipulate, mentally-challenged white supremacists, and erected his own personal wall to shut out, insult and slander the nation’s minorities and diverse cultures, including their Congressional representatives.” Shaw adds: “To say President Trump is ‘out of line’ promoting his zero thought utterances and ideas, his block-headedness, his turret-like name calling, and his full-blown racism, would merely be a polite suggestion that he is steadily showing mental and emotional derangements that merely seem to be disturbingly anti-American.” Shaw says that President Trump’s unabashed love for Russia’s Vladimir Putin “shows increasing evidence of being the surreal present-day manifestation of an unraveled script by Russia’s Krushchev following his Cold War-era threat to take over America through our democratic processes.”

Shaw says that American people have a “well-documented history of virtually, automatically” learning and predicating their responsive behaviors around national protest songs that eventually become classic anthems. “If one analyzes popular American songs, including protest songs, there are ideas, truisms, calls to action, and a foundational spirit inspired and cemented by optimism and faith inherent in almost all of America’s renowned songs.” Shaw says, “I am pinching myself and deeply appreciative” that American protest song icon, Bob Dylan, “recently tweeted me that he likes my song, ’Trumpty Dumpty: Faking America Great!’” Shaw asks that "all of America's artists, actors, musicians, and other celebrities compose protest songs, poetry, books, blogs, and articles, in a giant and collective rebuke of Donald Trump, in a growing Tsunami-like pre-2020 voters' denunciation! Donald Trump, PUTIN'S POODLE, has to go back to where he came from!" Shaw's "Trumpty Dumpty: Faking America Great!" ends with: "Daylight come, we want you go home. Impeach you now we must! Bye, Felicia!"

New giant in online content emerges from tech hub Sweden

CVG CEOs

Vigor CEO Magnus Sorlander and Chimney CEO Henric Larsson

CVG Board Chairman

CVG Board Chairman Michal Kalinowski

The need for huge volumes of “always-on” quality content has advertisers increasingly sharing the same needs as traditional broadcasters. CVG has the answer.

All trends are pointing in the direction of the need for ever-increasing quantity and quality, storage, tech solutions, and adaptable ways of creating personalized content for target groups.”

— Henric Larsson

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, USA, September 30, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — The need for huge volumes of “always-on” quality content has advertisers increasingly sharing the same needs as traditional broadcasters, says the newly formed Chimney Vigor Group (CVG)—which now sees itself prepared to assist with this demand “more than any other company in the world”

Stockholm, Sweden (September 24, 2019)—Following its merge with California-based content distribution and media solutions leader Vigor, the Chimney Group is setting itself up for exponential growth and further international reach—positioning itself as a serious contender in the US content production and distribution industry.

Vigor operates the biggest and most advanced content distribution network and monitoring system in the broadcast industry, delivering nearly 75% of syndicated TV content in the US, with clients including giants CBS, Fox and Warner. Founded in 1996 in Sweden, The Chimney Group has built its reputation as an innovative global creative studio with offices in four continents, using a unique mix of creativity and smart content management and distribution. Its client roster includes Netflix, Facebook, H&M, and Atlas Copco, among hundreds of others.

Operational from Autumn 2019 with full implementation by March 2020, CVG will become one of the leading privately-owned content studios in the US. Combining Vigor’s tech experience of managing masses of content with Chimney’s communications creative solutions, CVG will be able to create, manage and distribute thousands of content assets per month, expecting to double its revenue and client base in the coming years.

“All trends are pointing in the direction of the need for ever-increasing quantity and quality, storage, tech solutions, and adaptable ways of creating personalized content for target groups,” said Group CEO Henric Larsson. “Clients today typically seek hundreds of outputs for a single campaign, compared to just 5 years ago when they might have been able to get away with a 30-second spot and a handful of cut downs,” he added.

Employing nearly 500 people and covering the USA, EU, and APAC regions, CVG expects to gain significant control of this explosive video market, continuing to service existing as well as new multinational and larger local clients.

“Bringing the benefits of a marriage of creativity and tech to the US market is very exciting,” said North America CEO Marcelo Gandola. “We are removing complexity, enabling seamless content production and distribution by harnessing tech to deliver creativity at scale. The result is reduced costs, improved collaboration, and simpler workflows. We’re gearing up for the future, but our biggest clients are already here, so we need this now.”

“Chimney and Vigor’s combined strengths place us as pioneers in the future of media, entertainment, and brand solutions, catering to the key need for faster and more efficient brand development and management—combined with a strong base in creativity,” Larsson added.

About Chimney Group
Chimney is a global, full-service creation studio excelling in brand marketing, advertising and entertainment content. Fusing strategy, production, technology and creativity, our 300+ employees work with an integrated process to deliver value to our clients. From ideation to distribution, each team member focuses on a holistic outcome born by openness and collaboration.

About Vigor
OneVigor, Inc. is a privately owned, media technology solutions company with a thriving network of technology partners and customers within the media, cable and broadcast industries. Founded in 2002, the company provides content distribution, ad insertion, and media solutions for some of the biggest networks and brands in the world.
In Depth

As technology becomes increasingly fine-tuned, so are global brands’ target market segments. With this increased demand for targeted advertising, annual spend on digital video ads is forecast to increase by 17%, reaching $43 billion by 2020.

But with stagnant or declining budgets, corporations are struggling to keep up with production of the required high-quality content, at mass volume. The solution, says CVG, is automizing content production—the critical gap that Vigor’s nearly 20 years of software building experience fills.

CVG’s step into the world of data-driven, live and dynamic content enables marketing teams to create more and better adverts and communications solutions in less time.

Creativity + Tech

While there are at least 50,000 marketing tech products on the market today, tech alone cannot solve the need for mass volumes and seamless content production and distribution—creativity is key to create impact, said Vigor’s CEO, Magnus Sorlander.

“The challenge has always been to join creativity with the processes and automation needed,” he said. “Tech boosts and supports creativity and together they deliver a higher impact than if standing alone.”

Vigor’s experience with entertainment, advertising, and user-generated content distribution will now thrive next to the award-winning creative powerhouse Chimney Group, adds Sorlander.

Modern Country Artist Time Travels With 'Jukebox'

"The song was started back in 1982 and finished 37 years later."

NASHVILLE, TN, USA, September 29, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Shelby Lee Lowe, one of Nashville’s newer Mod Country singer-songwriters, is combining his traditional roots with today’s modern touch in his latest single, “Cuss the Jukebox,” available in music outlets on September 27th.

Lowe, raised on Alan Jackson, Dwight Yoakum, and Merle Haggard, wanted to do more than just give a nod to his early influences – he wanted to channel them – so he brought in songwriting partners David Payne, a honky tonk veteran from Lewisburg, TN, and producer/writer Andrew Scott Wills, of Nashville, to add that element of authenticity.

“I knew I wanted Cuss the Jukebox to sound like something I would’ve heard growing up, and Dave was the perfect guy to help me get there. We met when I was first getting started in Nashville – let’s just say he’s been playing bass in country bands and cranking out originals since before I was even born. The song was started back in 1982 and finished 37 years later.”

Wills, who produced the single, immediately loved the idea of an old throwback, embracing the challenge to create something iconic that would still work in today’s streaming digital world.

“On the heels of Ken Burn’s incredible PBS special I feel like music listeners are ready for a modern take on Classic Country. It was fun to step into the musical time machine and hear some of Dave’s stories from back in the day.”

“Cuss the Jukebox” can be found at Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music and other digital outlets.

Matt Gottlieb to Star in ‘Take Five’ and ‘Falling in Love’ for LBPC

Matt Gottlieb has signed on for a number of US projects.

The Israeli auteur is also set to star in ‘Birds, Birds Birds’ and ‘Revenge is Best Served…Part Two’ for the Los Angeles-based Lucky Break.

Mr. Gottlieb has made unique and original contributions to our field by lending his skills to many different mediums of performance.”

— Rachel Goldberg

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, September 28, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Israeli-native Matt Gottlieb, fresh off his series-regular role on the Netflix series ‘Fauda’, is attached to a series of projects with LA production company Lucky Break. The move marks a strong step in the direction of further international partnerships for the American company, also known for 'Skye' and 'Foreign Love' (both starring Gottlieb).

LBPC will film the projects consecutively, taking advantage of local resources and building a film collective where participating talent can grow in partnership across multiple projects.

LBPC has ventured into narrative production in the last few years, after its initial humble beginnings as a demo reel service for actors. The company’s popularity and reputation among industry professionals inspired its expansion.

Each of the projects will notably offer Gottlieb the opportunity to play a range of characters, from the practical, straight forward Dev in ‘Birds, Birds, Birds’ to the sensitive, aspiring poet Michael in ‘Take Five’.

Gottlieb also recently appeared as Alon in multiple episodes of the series ‘When Heroes Fly’, an action drama series also distributed on Netflix.

“Mr. Gottlieb’s significant role in the hit television series ‘Fauda’ has been exhibited worldwide in 190 countries. He has made unique and original contributions to our field by lending his skills to many different mediums of performance” said acclaimed TV director Rachel Goldberg, herself known for ‘American Horror Story’, ‘Mayans’ and ‘Veronica Mars’.

Originally hailing from Haifa, Israel, Gottlieb later graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and HB Studio in New York, which also boasts Al Pacino and Robert De Niro as alumni. In addition to his prominent screen work, Gottlieb regularly works with Shia LaBeouf at the Slauson R.C Theater Company.

“I’ve worked with Fernando (Ramirez) and Justin (Dickey), the co-founders of LB, multiple times in the past and am grateful for their trust and our continuous collaboration. I’m excited for the opportunity to create more significant, powerful work that will play a major role in the film and television industry for years to come.”

Amazon Releases Award-Winning Film, Happygram: Mammograms Don't Work for the 40% of Women With Dense Breast Tissue

Woman Who Had Breast Cancer Missed on Her Mammogram

Award-Winning Documentary, Happygram Movie Poster

Mammograms miss more than half of invasive cancers in the 40% of women with dense breast tissue; issue explored in feature-length documentary.

Happygram is to mammograms what Blackfish was to SeaWorld.”

— R. Cimino

NEW YORK, NY, US, September 27, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — The award-winning documentary, Happygram, has been released on Amazon on September 27, 2019, in advance of “Breast Cancer Awareness Month” in October.

In March of 2019 the FDA proposed a change to reporting guidelines for the first time in 20 years to include breast density information in mammogram reports that are sent to patients. This information is already collected and provided to the referring physician.

Women advocates had demanded this change for a decade, and were forced to enact state legislation to require “density reporting” while the FDA resisted calls for the change. As a result of this advocacy, 38 states had enacted some type of density notification laws as of 2018, although not all laws required notification to a woman about her own density.

“Dense tissue” refers to having more than 50% non-fatty vs. fatty tissue in the breast. 40% of women who get mammograms have dense breast tissue, which appears white on a mammogram, and can obscure cancers. 70% of invasive cancers occur in women with dense tissue and cancers are often missed by a mammogram for years until they have metastasized.

Density Fact Sheet: http://www.happygramthemovie.com/press.html

Women with dense tissue have a higher risk for breast cancer. Women with > 75% density have 4-6 times the average risk for cancer, a higher risk than if your mother had breast cancer.

“Happygram” is the term for the form letter women receive stating that their mammograms are “normal,” when they actually have an invasive cancer that is missed by the mammogram.

The documentary was inspired by the friendship between Director Julie Marron, of Rhode Island, and Hallie Leighton, her close friend who died after mammograms missed her breast cancer until it had metastasized. Ms. Leighton was instrumental in the effort to enact the New York state legislation in 2013 before she passed away. The film has won awards across the country, including First Prize for the Providence Film Festival Award at the prestigious Rhode Island International Film Festival.

“Happygram features several women who were not informed of their breast density, of the increased cancer risk that dense tissue poses, or of the fact that mammograms can, and do, miss cancers when you have dense breasts,” says film director, Marron.

The film explores alternative and adjuvant FDA-approved screening modalities which are more effective at detecting cancer in women with dense tissue. “The film includes interviews with medical experts, politicians, and attorneys advocating for awareness and action on this life-and-death issue,” Marron states. More info: http://www.happygramthemovie.com/about-us-.html

“What stands out in all the stories in this film is that everyone’s cancer was missed for many years by the mammogram, and you just don’t hear about that when breast cancer awareness month rolls around,” Marron said. “We hope to highlight the importance of knowing your breast density, so that no woman ever has to go through what these women did.”

Lemon Martini Productions is a woman-owned documentary production company specializing in social justice topics. Other films include the award-winning documentary, Four Games in Fall (fourgamesinfall.com), which explores topics of science for hire and media manipulation. Man’s Best Fiend explores human/wildlife coexistence through a fifteen-year study of the coyote population on Aquidneck Island and is currently in production.

Jacaranda Records Unveils UK’s First Immersive Audio Studio Built For Music

Jacaranda Studios: Purpose built immersive & 3D audio facilities

* New Immersive & 3D Audio Studio opens in UK’s Music City *Service supporting latest Amazon & Apple devices *Custom facility for immersive storytelling

e work in a seminal moment like the Mono-Stereo transition: Mono – Stereo – and now Immersive Audio”

— Ray Mia

LIVERPOOL, UNITED KINGDOM, September 27, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — Jacaranda Records has announced the completion of Liverpool’s first immersive audio studio – opening up a rich pipeline of commercial 3D audio mixing and soundtrack design work for the facility from around the world.

The immersive mix studio, built on the top floor of the city’s historic Jacaranda Club, provides full spatial audio mixing and mastering for cinemas, home theatre & headphone playback, bringing expertise in the emerging sound technologies set to transform the music, film and broadcast industries to the UK’s Music City for the very first time.

Immersive or 3D audio is a high definition format currently being adopted at a rapid rate, with Amazon’s recently announced Echo Studio device and Apple’s new iPhone 11 both supporting the technology.

Jacaranda Records’ Capomaestro Ray Mia said: “We work in a seminal moment like the Mono-Stereo transition: Mono – Stereo – and now Immersive Audio, and Jacaranda Studios – the first music specific immersive facility of its kind anywhere in the world – has been conceived and built to work in this moment.

“It feels right that in the building which wrote the script for the modern music industry as we know it – giving Lennon & Sutcliffe a break – and being such an integral part of the formative history of the greatest band of all time, that we’re now honouring that tradition with a facility which not only delivers the best available audio technology to the heart of the city’s music community, but will also bring a rich vein of creative work into the region. ”

In addition to handling the immersive mixing & mastering for Jacaranda Records’ own roster, Jacaranda Studios already has a pipeline of soundtrack design & production, catalog remixing and binaural mastering work contracted from music producers, broadcasters and filmmakers in both the UK and US, with the first projects getting underway this month.

Announced last year, the immersive studio represents only the first stage of Jacaranda Studios’ development, with a larger facility in the advanced stages of planning with Merseyside-based businesses and scheduled for completion early 2020.

Immersive Audio – sometimes referred to as Spatial or 3D audio – offers listeners a 360 sound experience far enhanced to traditional stereo. The format can be adapted for use on virtually any system ranging from ordinary headphones to home theatre systems and cinemas, and has already been adopted by most Cinema Theatres, Apple TV, Netflix, Xbox, Amazon, Sky and a host of international broadcasters.

“Through products like Dolby Atmos and a few other systems out there artists and producers are able to reimagine music and sound design in three dimensions, offering a richer, more flexible sound palette to create unique immersive experiences for the listener, we’re talking about immersive narratives, telling stories through and with audio – whether that be on or off screen, it’s about painting pictures with sound ” Mia continued.

“That creates a lot of opportunities to innovate, from the way musicians record and produce music to connect with their listeners – all the way to how scriptwriters think about dialogue – and ultimately how filmmakers use sound to tell these stories to their audiences. We are an Immersive First label, the first of its kind, we have the street smarts, the experience on active works – and now with boots on the ground to offer the Music and Film/TV industries the tools they need to do all of this.

“With the format already being fast tracked by every major manufacturer, technology platform, Film Studio and broadcaster, Immersive Audio is fast approaching – or may well have passed its tipping point, with media & music companies creating new immersive mixes of their best selling works to meet anticipated demand… in a world of fragmented media, and ever increasing demands to command audience eyes and ears, Immersive Audio is more than an incremental gain that content creators cannot ignore. This is an experience upgrade.”

The purpose of the photo shoot was for the label to have many photos of Jewels on hand to use for future cover artwork designs, social media marketing, and possible flyers and posters for street promotions. Jewels' hair and makeup was done by Xiomarie who has been working with MVB since 2006, when the the company first started. Jewels' wardrobe was put together by popular stylist "Looks By Lunden", and her pictures were taken by up-and-coming photography company "Photography By Dash".

The label said that Jewels' first photo shoot of 2019 was such a success that they used one of the pictures from the shoot for the cover artwork of Jewels' first single "Fallin", which will be released on September 28th, 2019. Even before her first single is released Jewels is already hard at work writing her second single, and her record label is sparing no expense with Jewels' recording process; the label is going as far as scheduling eight hour studio sessions for Jewels.

Jewels is currently recording at famed Quad Studios in Manhattan, New York; the label's longtime recording studio of choice. MVB RECORDS is planning on releasing two EPs from Jewels before the end of 2019. For more information on Jewels or MVB RECORDS visit www.mvbrecords.com
